*HELP PLEASE* Downloaded VB and someone else is using it too

So I downloaded VB to play game of war on my PC and someone else is using the same virtual box I guess because they keep logging into my game account. Is this supposed to happen or is it like a trojan or something.
Here's the website I downloaded from. edit:can't post the link yet.

Is there a way to change the settings so I'm the only one able to access it?

This is not related to Virtualbox - whatever happends in the guest OS is its own affair. Is this a pre-package VM by any change, or did you install everything yourself?

Nobody can be using "the same virtualbox" because VirtualBox is just a program running on your host OS. It doesn't really do anything until you install an OS in the vm.

If you downloaded a preinstalled virtual machine from somewhere then it could be a clone of another virtual machine which is running somewhere else. Hundreds of them perhaps!

Many web-based companies allow logging into an account from different computers. If you got this Virtualbox guest from someone else, and you're using account information that came with the guest when you got it, it's possible that they, or whoever they've given copies to, also have access to the account information you're using.

As for anyone being able to "use" the guest itself from somewhere else, that's also possible, if whoever gave it to you installed remote-control software on it before they gave it to you. The only thing you can do in such a case is hunt around in your guest for software you don't recognize, Google it to find out what it is, and delete it if you don't want it.

One way to see if they're just logging into your account on a website or are actually remoting into your guest is to keep the guest shut down as much as possible, then track when others are logging into your account. If they log in when you're not running the guest, then they are just using the same login information you're using.
