Locking down VirtualBox Configuration

Hello,
We're using VirtualBox on Mac hosts in one of our Uni. labs to provide Windows 7 & other MS products to the students. Is there a way I can lock down VB so that students are not able to alter any of the VM settings and more importantly, not be able to create any further VMs? In effect, VB should run in a "Play-ONLY" mode.

Thanks,
m^e
