If the question is "Help so that my real graphics card and integrated sound card be recognized in a VirtualBox guest as the actual cards", I'm afraid the answer is you cannot do that. VirtualBox presents a virtual graphics card and a virtual sound card to the guest OS. No way around it. Unless I misunderstood your question.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

good job. you have no idea why the OP thinks they need direct access or if they do and tell them they can't do anything. I don't suppose there are ANY French speakers using VirtualBox who perhaps could have helped?

apparently you don't understand English however. You have no idea, as I said, what the OP's problem was.

The OP's question ("recognize card in VB") was understood ("you're on") and answered. Your "Minimum information needed for assistance" suggestion had nothing to do with answering the question, in fact it simply made the non-English speaking OP even more confused ("exactly what you need as information"). That's why I "decided to jump your reply".

You're welcome.

Unless the OP asked a question completely different from the one they wanted an answer to, socratis is quite correct. A VM will not see the host's graphics hardware. There is no trick, that's just how virtualization works.

Yes, I'm well aware of that. My point was why the OP wanted direct access, or thought he did. People often ask the wrong questions or ask a question they think will resolve an issue. But if no one cares that's fine.

Can we please stick to the OPs question and not get diverted into boring ego-fueled debates?
