I would to creare a VM where:

1: from ghest to web on VPN
2: from host to ghest
3: from other hosts to ghest


I create 3 net for my VM respectively:
1: nat
2: only-host
3: bridge

work all, but the ghest don't go in VPN to web. If I disable bridge (net 3) then ghest go on VN to web (I have to connect to DB on web).
How do I resolve?

I'm afraid Virtualbox cannot help you more here, the issue is with the VPN configuration to allow traffic outside of the tunnel.
