I'm running 4.3.10 on Windows Server 2012...
when I hit the 'Check for Updates' link (Help menu)... it gives me a useless error with no indication as to what I can do to solve the problem:
The network operation failed with the following error: Unknown reason
I can get to virtualbox web site with FireFox, so I know the host box has connectivity... I poked around for logs and came up empty (I'm a newbie when it comes to VirtualBox, so it's entirely possible that logs exist somewhere I'm not looking)...
so... what am I missing? should I just manually install 4.3.12 on top of my current installation?
my main motivation is to get the extension pack installed - I've just downloaded the 4.3.12 version... I suppose I'll see if it will install on 4.3.10 - or try to find a download for the 4.3.10 extensions - any thoughts?
unable to check for updates
