Hello, today I updated to 4.3.12 (from 4.3.10) on my Windows 8.1 host.
After update VPNs on host stopped working.
Return to previous configuration from yesterday (with 4.3.10) helped.
I tried it twice and remained with 4.3.10 , 4.3.12 seems not to be good for me.
Any advice please?

VPNs don't play nice with other network components in general, and Virtualbox is no exception. The issue is with the VPN software itself, or on the host configuration.
