like I mentioned, and you didn't read, it's 3d acceleration settings.

you mean the 3D acceleration settings of which there is only a choice between enabled or disabled?

Shucks, I probably wouldn't try "about every possible combination of 3d acceleration settings" but I would have tried some of them.
