Installation Error

Installation Error
I am a new user, and I want to install and use VirtualBox 4.3.10. I am running Windows 8 with Media Center, and I am willing to run Ubuntu/Linux and Mac OS X via VirtualBox. But I would get this error that says "Fatal Error" or "Installation has prematurely ended" during the installation. It also says somewhere in the description "System is not modified". I'm worried about that because I just want a vanilla Windows without any modification or anything to the Main System (I'm not talking about the programs you install). I already have the disk images ready for VirtualBox. Please Help!

I find the description of the problem confusing. Please describe the problem accurately, e.g. with screenshots of error messages seen. Try to avoid the use of unnecessary jargon.
The main things to watch for on a Win8-64bit host are that you must run the VBox installer using "Run as administrator". Also make sure that "Driver Signature Enforcement" is not configured to silently discard non-Microsoft drivers - if enabled it will do this even if you have admin rights. And finally, make sure the Hyper-v is disabled.
