Ubuntu Desktop Dialogs Clipped

I'm running Ubuntu Desktop 14.04 LTS 32 bit on Virtualbox 4.3.10 on Windows 2003.
I'm trying to add a printer, but I can't see the entire dialog, so therefore I can't finalize the printer setup.
Any ideas on how to get the entire dialog (and desktop) to display withing the confines of the Virtualbox window?
