Don't use bridge, you'll be using the DNS of your LAN, where you should be using the DNS of your Windows server for the domain.
See the Setup Windows Domain in VirtualBox tutorial.

You don't need to redo exactly what is written in the topic, it is only to give you the general configuration you want to have, e.g. don't use bridge for the Win8.1.
You are mixing three things here : how to configure an AD Domain, how to configure Networking, how to configure Virtualbox to map your requirements.
Before going any further, you will need to work on the 1st and 2nd point, then you will understand my first reply and the topic I linked to you.

There are lots of ways to do it, but they all require that you know how networking works and also how Active Directory works. Once you have that basic knowledge, the VirtualBox bit is easy.Guiazca wrote:Is there another way to do this ?!
