Wrong permissions Error when try to start machine

I have the VHD on an extern HDD.

First it was in VHXD format, but I converted it to VHD connected to a Windows 8.1 (64bit) PC.
Then it works fine to start the machine in VirtualBox on that same PC.

But now I wat to use it o another PC with Windows 7 (32bit)

When trying to start the machine I get an error window about wrong permissions ?!

I edited the permissions on the file to "all", but Im still getting same eror ...

Please give precise error messages. A VM log file wouldn't hurt either.
