Hello,
We've got a VM deployed in a Windows Server 2012 R2, Hyper-V session. I need to do some maintenance on the VM guest drive, and my best chances for success I believe are with VirtualBox, especially for its USB support.
To do this, I believe the following are necessary, more or less:

Best regards.

To do this, I believe the following are necessary, more or less:
- Detach VHD from Hyper-V during the operation.
- Convert the Hyper-V VHDX to VHD format (Convert-VHD).
- Copy VHD to local drive to VirtualBox and setup a VM with IDE VHD controller.
- Do necessary maintenance work.
- May "redeploy" the VM to Hyper-V using the VHD instead of the original VHDX.
Thank you...
Best regards.
