posted it under "vb on linux host" section since I use ubuntu as host, but maybe it's more a "general" question...
I'm trying to build some kind of "safe environment" for our labs using virtualbox .... the idea is to show only the guest OS to the users and prevent them from doing anything on the host.... So I simply open the guest full screen and disable the host menu bar.
Now I need to solve the problem of letting the users use usb devices (mainly usb pendrive) inside the guest os without interact on the host
I tried an empty filter on the usb section, but this works only when a device has been previously attached to the guest... I need something that works on all devices (even new ones)
I've searched a lot, but I can't find a solution.... need advice
