Hi All,
I have 2 LAN sections connected by a wireless bridge. Everything on the Windows 7 host's side can see the virtual box however anything on the other side of the wireless bridge cannot. Maybe I need to add a route somewhere? Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff
P.S. I uploaded a diagram to better help explain -- LAN A cannot see the virtual box on a windows 7 host in LAN B.

Re: Cannot see VirtualBox through wireless bridge
I can't even pretend to understand why this works, but adding a static route on LAN A's netgear (192.168.10.1) to Lab B's netgear (192.168.10.16) with a metric of 2 resolved this. I can now see the VM on Lan B from Lan A.

Re: Cannot see VirtualBox through wireless bridge
I'm using a bridged network and yes mine is a similar configuration. I made some changes to the /etc/hosts to add my hostname correctly. for some reason it has it defaulted to 127.0.0.0. I added my IP and host and did a domainname add from the command line and I was able to ping out to the other network as well as ssh to those servers. I hope this helps if not I can do further explanation.

Re: Cannot see VirtualBox through wireless bridge
I never replied to let you know that just a straight NAT connection ended up working. I use DNS and sometimes when I boot up the guest I have to reconfigure the dns settings but overall network works now. HOWEVER... I upgraded to 4.3.26 and my network drops randomly. Now heres the twist. My coworker has the same configuration, same version, but he has never lost a network connection.
