Windows 8 Woes

I am trying to install Windows 8 guest on a Linux Mint 16 Host.
I keep getting errors that you pc needs to restart.
I have made sure that No-Executable Memory is enabled as posted on other forums.
I created an ISO image, still no luck.
I have read the log file, but am unsure what I am looking for.
Can someone guide me in an appropriate direction.
