Setting a VM to go through another VM to connect to Internet

Hi to everyone!
I've just downloaded and installed VirtualBox, but I have a question about the way I want to configure the Virtual Machine.
I know that is possible to connect two Virtual Machines through the Network Settings, (Choosing the "internal Networking Option" for both the VM); what I would do is to force the First VM to connect to the second VM (that will act as a firewall) and then connect to the Internet (So that without the second VM running, the first one won't be able to connect to the Internet) : is this possible? And what options do I have to choose from the Network Settings to configure the two Virtual Machines in this way?
This is the setting: First VM ---> Second VM (Firewall) -----> Internet (So that all the connections of the first VM have to go through the second VM to be able to "reach" the Internet).
Thanks in advance for any answer
