I have installed VM 4.3.10 in windows 7 64 bit with 8 GB RAM and allocated 6100 MB RAM for VB, while starting the Database and OPMN getting crashed with error HostMemoryLow. There are no other application running the machine. Error is consistent and VB crashing. Please suggest for any setup / parameter wrong. Attached the VBox.log

you shouldn't use more than half the available memory on your host. try 2048MB for the guest.
