You have the following in your log:
For Guru Meditation errors, you should head to the bugtracker and either search for an appropriate bug where you'll attach your logs and other vital information, or open a new bug report.00:00:31.716121 Changing the VM state from 'RUNNING' to 'GURU_MEDITATION'.

Re: Win 7 Host - Win 7 Guest
In theory you have enough RAM to run this VM, in practise the VM needs the RAM in one contigious chunk, and it looks like it can't do that on your host for some reason. I would check to see if something in the tasklist is hogging a great deal of memory.VBox.log wrote: 00:00:05.021170 Host RAM: 8066MB total, 5744MB available
