You have the following in your log:
00:00:31.716121 Changing the VM state from 'RUNNING' to 'GURU_MEDITATION'.
For Guru Meditation errors, you should head to the bugtracker and either search for an appropriate bug where you'll attach your logs and other vital information, or open a new bug report.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

In theory you have enough RAM to run this VM, in practise the VM needs the RAM in one contigious chunk, and it looks like it can't do that on your host for some reason. I would check to see if something in the tasklist is hogging a great deal of memory.
