In both my WInXP and Win98 guests Imgburn doesn't recognize my dvd writer as writeable, it says it can't find a dvd writer. The dvd writer works fine on the host and both guests see it as a RW dvd drive in their respective 'Computer' windows (and I can access dvds from both). Why would imgburn not see it as a writer?

Have you enabled passthrough for the CD/DVD in the storage section of the guest?

Nope I hadn't, didn't even know about that option. Works like a charm now on both guests.. thanks!
