Dear,

I want to access the IIS of virtual machine from host machine.

My host machine is Windows 8.1
My Virtual Machine is Windows 7 Ultimate. Both has IIS configured.

NAT
I configure Post Forwarding Rules, host port as 8080 and Guest port as 80. (I saw this in a forum)
I could able to access the IIS of host machine in Virtual machine browser. BUt I could not access the IIS of Virtual machine from host machine.
When I tried to ping the VM's IP in host machine, I get 'TTL Expired in transit'

Bridged Adapter
Here I could not able to access ISS of host machine in VM and also the vice versa.
When I tried to ping the VM's IP in host machine, I get reply TTL = 128
But when I try in in internet explorer, there is no response

Make sure firewalls are not running, or that the port/IIS is allowed

Networking and firewalling is out of scope of this forum I'm afraid, so I can only redirect you towards a networking forum/mailing list where you can ask these kind of questions.
