SLP String and Windows XP activation on a fresh install

Hello everybody

Although i added an SLP string in vitualbox bios, does anyone know why i'm unable to preactivate a fresh install of windows XP in virtualbox using a Multi OEM installation dvd? Indeed, i managed to install and preactivate windows XP on a "real" OEM PC using this dvd (so the dvd seems to do the job), and moreover, an existing XP system (running on a "real" OEM PC) that i converted into a virtual disk image has been successfully activated in virtualbox with this SLP string that i added in the virtual bios (so the string in the bios should be enough for activation).

We don't discuss use of software that needs to have the license usurped.

If you install software and want to be legal buy the license.
