I get an error starting a virtualbox machine :
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine VM2 < that's the machine name
No error info.

It worked OK until I deleted a snapshot.
I recently updated virtualbox (if that's of any relevance) and the snapshot was taken in a previous version.
When I first tried to delete the snapshot I got the message 'Unable to delete' (or similar) after watching the progress bar complete. The actual file was deleted (several gb was freed up on my hd) but the snapshot remained on the list. I deleted again and it was removed from the list.
Now whenever I start the machine I get the above error.
I have another machine that starts OK so I don't think it's an installation problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
