Can I make an .ova from Windows on a PC?

is there a way to make an .ova file from Windows installed on a PC and then import this file as an appliance in VirtualBox?

I assume that OVA is just some buzzword you heard, and is not actually a requirement. In which case Google for "P2V Disk2VHD site:forums.virtualbox.org".
