Get a generic Windows Server DVD. Your DVD seems to be delivered together with an IBM server and doesn't work on another system.

Is there any other way other than getting another DVD??

You are probably mistaken. If the installer checks the BIOS signature of the PC it's installed on, and will not install on anything except IBM, then it can't install on VMware either. Or, if it could work at all it would require that you frig the DMI information first, which is an practical option only for advanced users.
