you need to enable hardware virtualization in your computers BIOS.

You also must make sure Hyper-V or XP-mode is not enabled on the host.

The answer to that is different for every PC. For a non-speculative answer you should check your PC user manual or ask the manufacturer. The usual method is to hit F10, Del etc when the PC starts to boot up. There's often a text message telling you what key to hit.
Incidentally, if you would stop that Irritating Habit Of Capitalizing Every Word I'd be most grateful. In English you only capitalize the first word of a sentence, and proper nouns.
