error:driver_irql_not_less_or_equal(VBoxUSBMon.sys)

When I'm using a virtual machine and I connect a USB the laptop prompt to reinitialize and this message is shown:

driver_irql_not_less_or_equal(VBoxUSBMon.sys)

What can I do :cry: ????

I just installed the VirtualBox, then the OS (WinXP). So I connected the USB and...... the error!!!!!
