problem installing ubuntu-13.10-desktop-i386 on Vbox

My Host Os is Windows Vista SP2 32bits, Vbox version is: 4.3.10
The installation procedure run without problems but when the installation finish a message demanding the extraction of Cd of installation before restarting appears, I press enter but the system after trying to start, finish with a black screen and a dash on top left.
Is my second attempt for install Ubuntu with the same result. Another guests install and run perfectly ( Debian, Windows Xp )
Some idea, please?
