ip forwarding between 2 guests

What settings can be done to forward between 2 guests machines?

In network settings there is something about forward rules but there is for host and guest only.

Forward what? How are the two guest machines connected?

One has 2 network interfaces(NAT and internal) the other one has only an internal one, i used iptables and it worked.
