I have VirtualBox 4.3.10-93012 with the equivalent extension pack installed on Win8.1 (fully updated). The Vm os is WinXP pro SP3 fully updated with the extension pack equally installed. Every time I try to connect any USB devices, I can not, and get an error code. Pretty much like this:
