Hello, I'm installing my first VM Appliance and am running into a VERR_SHARING_VIOLATION. My host is Win 7 machine, guest is Red Hat 64 bit. Any resolution assistance you can provide is much appreciated. Error message below.

Could not read teh file 'filename.vmdk.gz' (VERR_SHARING_VIOLOATION).
