While installing the current version for WIndows on XP, I get the attacthced window pops up.
Is this safe to install on XP or not?

What do you think that message means (in commercial terms), and can you think of any reasons why free / open source software might not have passed Windows Logo testing?
Which do you think provides a better guarantee of non-malwareness: a paid-for rubber stamp from Microsoft, or open access to the source code?
