USB device problem

Hi,
I´m trying to install a device on the (guest) windows XP 32 bits BUT I get an alert:

Fallo al conectar el dispositivo USB WDH Era [0100] a la máquina virtual Windows XP.

I disable the device on my local (host) windows 8.1 64 bit
Don't know what else to do...
