"manager has stopped working"

installed vm box with windows 7 on dell computer. after windows downloads and installs all windows 7 files, and everything seems to be good to go, i get the error message "manager has stopped working."

tried the same thing 3 times, got same response. tried a different vmbox download, got the same response.

there must be something i need to enable/ disable with the computer so that this stops and vmbox works.

do you know what?
