Start problem on Windows 7 (64Bit)

Hi, I am using VirtualBox 4.3.8-92456 on Microsoft Windows Home Premium (64bit).
I just wanted to run VB, but over night nothing happens. Yesterday everything was working fine as usual, today nothing happens: No VB window, no error message, nothing. I didn't install any new soft- or hardware and I did no changes to any settings. I am absolutely clueless.

I found out, that a start causes VB to appear in the task list (I use the MKN Taskexplorer) as "VirtualBox.exe" (one instance for every successless try) as well as "VBoxSVC.exe", which permanentely uses 23% to 24% of the CPU.

What I did so far:
I started the setup file "virtualbox-4.3.8-92456-win.exe" and choose "Repair" - no success
I choose "Remove" and installed again afterwards - no success
I uninstalled again, rebooted and cleared the registry by "CCleaner 4.07.4360 (64bit)" and "Ashampoo WinOptimizer 2013", rebooted again and ran Setup again - no success.

Has anyone some idea to fix this? Thanks in advance!
H.

If there's a saved state associated with the guest the try discarding it. Also, consider updating to 4.3.10.
