Copy+Paste in RDP to box, VBox 4.3.8, win7 32-bit

I'm having mayor problems with copying and pasting using CTRL+C and CTRL+V. Sometimes it works if I press CTRL+C for a long time.
Right clicking and using the popup-menues for copying and pasting does not work either.

I run multiple win7 32-bit guests on my win7 64-bit host and I've had this problem for a long time on one of my other boxes (2048 MB Base memory) I don't use so much so I didn't care but now I have it on this box instead. And it's a box (3072 MB Base memory) I use on a daily basis several hours per day programming in visual studio and it's a pain not beeing able to copy/paste.

I've searched alot before I posted this but mostly found people having issues with Ubuntu guests but I'm using Windows 7. I've also read a common problem is having programs that interfere with the clipboard but I don't think I have any of those installed.

I'm using Virtualbox v4.3.8 and I have the Guest Additions installed on my guests and I have tried reinstalling Guest Additions.

I just uninstalled Comodo Firewall and it didn't fix anything. Problem persists.

Changing from Bidirectional to Host To Huest makes copy+paste work in guest. I will keep it like this until I find that special someone who reads this and can help me get Bidirectional working.

Are you using the remote server (VRDP) to access the machine?

Yes, and I'm using the "Remote Desktop Connection" as client (%windir%\system32\mstsc.exe) to connect.

Sorry for my late reply I didn't have the notification checkbox when I posted on this forum.

I just now also noted that "Shared Folders" is not working either. Either with accessing the box with rdp or starting the box up regularly. Shared folders have also worked before, I wonder what has happened is it due to some windows update or due to a virtualbox update?

Do I need to make a new post just because one member asked me a question that didn't solve anything. The problem is not solved :?

Starting a new post will not automatically generate answers if people don't know. I asked you about the RDP, because it showed up in the logs and you forgot to mention it. Since I do not have experience with your particular setup, I did not have an answer for you. It could very well be an interaction with the RDP. Or not. Have your tried to eliminate the RDP to see if the issue persists?

Since I noticed today Shared Folders didn't work I decided to reinstalled Guest Additions one more time. This time I disabled UAC on guest and made sure I ran the setup with run as Administrator and this time when I installed Guest Additions the Shared Folders started working again. Copy+paste also magically works when starting vbox regularly. However if I use a headless start and connect with rdp I notice when I copy something from notepad in guest and then trying to paste it on notepad on host I get a "loading pointer" as if something fails to run into completion.

So problem with copy+paste using rdp still exists.
