Hello.

At my home I use the Linux OS and VirtualBox. I've created some virtual machines with Windows 7 x64 OS. Torday I brought them in my office for the working with them (testing of my programs). At the office I have a computer with the Windows 7 x64 os:

Oops... I can't display the screen, because I got it:
You must be a member for 1 days and have 1 posts before you can post urls.
I've installed the VirtualBox 4.3.8.r92456 and the "Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack" plugin (at my home this version and plugin too). But when I try to run my virtual machines, they cyclically reboot... If I try to create the new virtual machines, I see the 32 bit items only:

Oops... I can't display the screen, because I got it again:
You must be a member for 1 days and have 1 posts before you can post urls.

Why I got this problem? How can I solve it.

  • 64-bit guests need hardware virtualization enabled in the host's BIOS (which means that you have to enable VT-x/AMD-V in your BIOS). Look at your user-manual for your specific model on how to do this.
  • Make sure Hyper-V or XP-mode is not enabled on the host.

You can "display the screen" quite easily, by using "Upload Attachment" tab on message input dialog. What you can't do at the moment is post URLs.
