connecting two virtual box on two different window host

Post by Jvirk »

Hi all,

I have got two windows 8 machines. Each got virtual box installed. On one virtual box, I have installed CentOS on one virtual box which got apache server running and the address id is 192.168.33.18/28

I have installed second virtual box on second window 8 host. It got openbsd router running and also window 8 vm machine running. network I am using from this side is 192.168.33.1

How do I access from window 8 vm to apache website.

The first thing you need to do is put the two vms in the same network. Setting them both to use bridged networking should do that for you.

If you have a DHCP server on your LAN, why not let the vms get their network config from DHCP?
