I want to virtualize a VM to be used in a network. If I am not wrong, VMware vCenter is used for this purpose but I am looking for a completely free alternative.
So my question is, is there any option OR alternative to vCenter in Oracle VM VirtualBox?
Is there any option OR alternative to vCenter in VirtualBox?

It depends on what you want to do that VCenter does. VIrtualbox is more of a hypervisor like ESXi, not VCenter. If you're looking for more of a management tool from a remote client, then phpVirtualBox on Sourceforge does that like vSphere.
What exactly do you want to do that Virtualbox doesn't?

I was just wondering if we can create a single VM on server so that it can be accessed by multiple clients without installing the VM separately on their own computers?
