XP VM hangs

Created a VHD with sysinternals disk2vhd tools, going from physical to virtual

When I boot to VHD it hangs, error log reads:

"Guest Log: int13_harddisk: function 15, unmapped device for ELDL=81"

and that's where it hangs

Any assistance is appreciated
