Copy VM Modifications Between VMs

I have a Virtual Machine on Windows Server,I cloned this machine to another machine.

Now the 2 machines are identical,

What I want to do is if I made any change in one of them I need to just copy this modification to the other machine.

How can I do that and what are the fastest way to do that.

There is no VirtualBox mechanism for doing that: clones are independant once the copying is complete - indeed that's the whole point. It's just as if you had two real PCs originally installed using the same disk image.

However, if you do need another identical copy you could always clone again.
