Netowrk issue with Virtualbox

I have a issue that I am beating my head on the wall trying to resolve.

I have a small windows Server that runs IIS with the IP address of 192.168.0.2
I installed Ubuntu LAMP in a Virtualbox VM with the ip address of 192.168.0.31 in bridged mode
There is only 1 physical adapter in the server

When on the local network everything looks great. If I go to 192.168.0.1 I get the IIS server stuff I should. If I go to 192.168.0.31 I get the Apache Server running on Linux. This works great from every computer on the network.

On the router I created a DMZ pointing to 192.168.0.31 so the LAMP server can be accessed from the outside world. When you try and access the external IP address or DNS entered name of the server it hits the LAMP Server once but then all subsequent attempts are going to the IIS Server.

The only thing I can think is that I screwed something up in the bridged mode network configuration.

Can anyone offer some help? I am working on a project for a client and this is supposed to be a way he can view progress

IMHO your issue will be on the router that you set the DMZ on, Or DNS, but you say that the first attempt goes where it is supposed to go.
I find that most home routers work better using the router forwarding instead of DMZ.
