I observed the following problem on my system (Windows 7 SP1 German):
After I uninstall virtualbox 4.3.8, my system does not wakeup from Standby correctly anymore.
Instead it does a cold boot (!!) when I press the mouse button or press a key on the keyboard to wake it up!
When I install virtualbox again on my system, the wakeup from standby works normally.
Seems like my system cannot live without virtualbox
But now seriously: Can anybody explain what causes wakeup from standby to only work correctly when vbox is installed?
Is there a trick to fix this inconsistency?
