Printout the setup of a VM.

Hi there, Is it possible to extract the setup from a VM? I like to have a single file overview of my setup of a VM.
So, all the details from one VM in one doc file (or txt or rtf).

Thx, this is nice. In Linux I have made it VBoxManage showvminfo > filename.txt so it is easy to open by your favorite editor.
