my host is MS 2003 r2 sp2 64-bit. the installation of the Oracle VirtualBox 4.3.8 (and extention) seems no issue. but creating the guest of Oracle Linux6.3 is failed. the VBox.log file has been uploaded. Please let me know if VBoxSVC.log file is needed.
Thank you.

Make sure that you don't have hyper-v enabled.

Hi Perryg,
thank you for your help.
I check my server, the hyper-v was on because this is a dual-core 4 processor server. I turn off it from BIOS, then tried to install guest, still failed on same message.
thank you for your help.

hardware virtualization is needed and hyper-v has not settings in bios. It is an OS application, much like VirtualBox. Look in the add/remove features of the Windows OS to see if hyper-v is installed, and if so remove it. Then make sure what ever you turned off in bios is enabled again.

Hi Perryg,
if hyper-v points to OS application then we did not have it. this is a physical server no Virtualization switch before.
thanks.

I'm not sure what "if hyper-v points to OS application.." means.
Hyper-v is the name of some Microsoft VM software. It can't be running if you want to run 64bit VMs in VirtualBox. Look in the Windows config and disable the Hyper-v service.

Then you need to post a ticket at bugtracker
Search the site first as there should already be an open ticket for this and add your information to it.
