PLEASE HELP (how to install WINDOWS 8 inside VIRTUAL BOX)

I need help. I'm new with VIRTUALBOX. I have the WINDOWS8 ISO in my MAC folder. How do I install the ISO inside the VIRTUALBOX? Please help, I greatly appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you...
