Problem with installing the program on the guest system

I have windows xp as a host and as a guest system. I have on the host program AutoDealer what use Firebird server for connecting with database. But I need use old version of this program calling Autoservice. It use this server too. When I install it on one system i have some bug. And now I want install it on guest system. It installs normally, but then I run it guest system falls immediately. And I don't know why. I attached some logs. Thank you.
