Trouble getting it to run.

Someone sent me a virtual box. The client showed me through a webex session how it was running fine on his computer. Unfortunately, I cannot get it to run on my Windows 7 box.
Attached are the VBox.log and VBox.png. Would appreciate and thoughts/suggestion.

Memory over committed. Reduce amount of RAM assigned to the guest or free up host memory by stopping other processes.

I decreased the memory required, and it works just fine.
