After update to 4.3.8.r92456 UBUNTU 13.10 has empty desktop

Any panels and anower controls not visible on desktop but clickable and windows of applications showed normal.
After turn off 3D-acceleration - work good (host comp: E7500 - ASUS P5Q SE - GeForce GTS 250 (with GeForce 334.89 driver) - Windows 7 x32).

I have the same nvidia drivers for an GTX560Ti with windows 8.0.
Installing Guest Additions update after updating to Vbox 4.3.8.r92456 ends with :

Warning: unknown version of the X Window System installed. Not installing X Windows System drivers.
...done
Installing graphics libraries and desktop services components ... fail!

Maybe the same problem?

I downloaded and installed version 4.3.6 of the guest additions from here : http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualb ... _4.3.6.iso and my problem disapeared.
