Host Disconnect from Internet When VB Start

Hi. greetins for everybody!
My problem is when i start the VirtualBOX, after a few second, the internet disconect BUT When I Close the VirtualBOX and Repair the connection, Internet backs, and the system report says that was a problem with the Gateway but i can trace the problem.
Importante NOTE: I have NO Virtual Machines running. Just the Main Program Opened.
I Have a:
Quad Core Q6600
4 Gb RAM
NVidia 8800 320 Mb
HD 2Tb
Netword Adapter USB Encore 54MB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bits
6MB Internet connectio trough an Router WAN.
