Can't shutdown/sleep/hibernate Windows 8.1

Hello,
I have just installed 4.3.8 and now I can't shutdown/sleep/hibernate my computer. I am on Windows 8.1.

Is there any way to fix it?

I disabled Bridged networking in Network connections - it didn't help. So, I reinstalled Virtualbox and didn't install Bridged networking and it's ok now.

this problem is solved with the windows update KB2883200, the bad is that it weighs even more than virtualbox
